Since graduating he has explored his practice as an experimental software artist and in 2009 formed the Birmingham based hackerspace called fizzPOP where he continues to explore creative uses of technology in a collaborative environment

Operating as Illusio Creative, Lorrie specializes in painting, illustration and photography; and offers a web design service to small to medium sized business enterprises.

Having trained in the 80’s in Art & Design, and Fashion Textile Design in London, Lorrie has been working freelance for the past 20 years or so in London and on the South Coast. Her art is generally abstract, incorporating the themes of nature, and easily recognizable for her bold use of colour and form.
Selling her work online from her own ecommerce site, Lorrie  also is available for commissions, and is currently planning a solo show later in the year.

Tigz has worked on numerous projects, including a self-published adult picture book Wonderland, which was presented to the Lewis Carrol Society and one of the head curators at the National Portrait Gallery last year. She has also designed a range of T-shirts for heavy metal women under the name Diabolus Amor, due to be released in Hollywood; and mentors Art and Design students within the London area.

Alongside this, she has exhibited at many galleries in and around the UK, including New Blood 2009, Cafe 1001 in Brick Lane, and at the New Art Gallery, Walsall, next to Van Gogh’s ‘Sorrow’.

EightBit is based just outside Manchester UK, his preferred medium is ink and paper based works though ocassionally he dabbles in aerosol art and various ‘live painting’ events including Sketch City, Best Joined Up, Secret Wars & Subism, he will essentially try any process available to me but am much more inclined to create with his hands than digitally. He likes the “craft” of it all.

During his time in this gig he has had the good fortune to meet and work with some wonderful talented people, exhibit his drawings worldwide, and have also produced artwork for some unfeasibly high profile clients including Sony Playstation, Diesel, Red Bull, the North Face, Nike SB, and even did a stint of set painting for the TV show Hollyoaks.

He’s more than happy to sell-out at the drop of a hat if it means doing what he loves pays for doing more of what he loves. Please contact him if you have a project/exhibition/whatever that he can help out with.

Miss Rae’s main bread comes from running a theatre company. Creative and she’s in control. Her most recent project with fashion, was re-designing a friend’s wedding dress and customising all 5 bridesmaid dresses. What a fun venture!

She is more focused on the smaller, accessory route and think every girl should own a one-off, personalised accessory and be able to love it forever. Her products come from crazy brainwaves and random ideas but I would LOVE to be able to personalise gifts for people. Basically, get in touch, tell her what you are after, and you can work together in making something fabulous and unique.

Leona is a Multimedia artist of sorts; specializing in design and photography. Alongside being the editor and owner of independent ‘zine Alt fashion.

Initially discovering her joy of photography ten years ago whilst pottering around a local photo studio on a work experience placement. Playing with chemicals, flashes, & film inspired her to take it up further at college. But faffing around with pinhole, twin lens medium format, and DSLR’s wasn’t quite enough for her. Working with pixels, code, and fonts soon enticed her away from the camera and onto the computer screen; going on to study Multimedia at university. Since then she has come a long way indeed; covering all aspects of design, and imagery. From designing websites, constructing logos, creating artistic and live imagery, and even setting up her own publication.

Her tools of choice are a selection of vintage film and lomography cameras, Creative suite, many notebooks, and of course an endless supply of tea and pocky at her side. When she’s not beavering away on design projects she can also be found knitting, attached to her adopted sewing machines, or pottering around galleries and museums.
